Adherence to the Competition and Consumer Act
Under Schedule 2 of Australian Consumer Law as laid out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Inner Orbit Therapy's liability for a breach in the terms of this agreement is limited to the following: supplying you with the goods or services again; replacing any goods; or paying any costs related to supplying you with the goods or services again.
Refunds
All sessions are pre-paid at the time of booking, or you may register your credit card details with me so that I can book sessions on your behalf if requested. I will also provide invoices upon request for payments.

Inner Orbit Therapy offers a 100% refund minus any service fees if you cancel a session with more than 24 hours notice, or a 50% refund if cancelled with less than 24 but at least 3 hours notice. It may be possible to reschedule sessions with 24 hours notice instead of issuing a refund, if you prefer.

If you fail to provide notice and do not attend a session within 10 minutes of its scheduled start time, it will be considered cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Inner Orbit Therapy may occasionally publish on this website links to other websites with information you might find useful. Our publishing of such links does not necessarily indicate an endorsement or partnership between Inner Orbit Therapy and the owners of those websites.
